आयुष्य

आयुष्य म्हणजे एक खेळ आहे.
खेळ, पण कसला तर पत्त्यांचा आणि तो ही रमीचा.
हातांतील तेरा पानांत आपण असतो एक.
तेरा जण म्हणजेच आपलीच जन्माने नाती जोडलेली माणसे -
आई वडील, आजी आजोबा आणि आपली भावंडे.
आणि मधून मधून डोकावणारी काका, मामा, चुलत मावस भावंडे.
आयुष्य पुढे पुढे सरकत जाते.
जवळचे नातेवाईक सोडून जाण्याची वेळ येते.
एकेकाचा निरोप घेऊन जुन्या माणसांच्या जागी
नवीन माणसांनां आपण फिट्ट बसवतो.
नवरा, सासू-सासरे ह्यांचा आपण सिक्वेन्स लावतो.
ट्रायो म्हणून दीर, पूतणे जावा ह्यांना मदतीस घेतो.
ह्या सर्वांच्यात आपले अस्तित्व आहेच म्हणून आपण बनतो जोकर.
हातातील तेरा पानांच्या खेळात हार जीत होऊन जाते
पाने जशी येतात तसे त्याला तोंड देत खेळावे लागते.
पॅक करणे म्हणजे माघार घेणे
तसे न करता आलेल्या पानांना म्हणजेच जीवनाला सामोरे जाणे,
जीवनाला सामोरे जाऊन खेळ पूर्ण करणे हेच आपले जगणे.
जगणे सार्थ करून घ्यायचे तर सामोरे जात खेळाना जरा,
आणि मजेत आणि आनंदात आयुष्य जगा ना जरा.
